Google+ has been criticized for not being a great place to post status updates, which often come with pictures and descriptions that are not always relevant.
In fact, Google+ isn’t even a mobile app anymore, according to a Reddit user who shared this photo of a notification that says: “You’ve been added to the Google+ app.
This is not a sponsored post.”
It seems like Google+ is now the new Facebook, where you can post a status update with your name, picture and status bar.
It’s possible that the app is now a Facebook-like experience, but the photos are so poorly crafted that I’m not sure they’re even real.
(There’s a Google+ page for this photo, and a Facebook page for the same photo.)
This isn’t the first time Google+ was criticized for poor content and photos, but there’s always the possibility that Google+ will make better progress in the future.
We’ve reached out to Google for comment and will update this article if we hear back.
